From Edd E. Bivin, Chairman of the Board, April 28, 2008:

"It is with great sadness this morning that the Board of Directors of Take The Lead acknowledge the loss of our dear friend and fellow Board member- Dr. James Holt.

Jim has been a long time member of our Board and his assistance and guidance for many years has been invaluable. His contributions to Take The Lead and to the roles that he has undertaken at the American Kennel Club will long be remembered by those in our sport.

He will be greatly missed by us all."
